Information we collect and where it comes from

When you visit the ATS website, there are two types of information that we may collect on you, personal and non-personal.

    1. General enquiries through our contact form
    2. Job applications through our careers page

If you’re just browsing our website, we collect the same basic non-personal information that most websites collect. This is data we collect from everybody and is collected anonymously to help us deliver a better experience on the ATS website.

Use of Information

ATS collects personal data submitted through ATS website contact forms to respond to enquiries and track further correspondence. Personal data submitted through our careers page is used to assess job applicants and to respond to such applications and track further correspondence.  This data is not used for any other purpose.

How long we hold your data for?

Your personal data provided to us is stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Any data that is no longer necessary due to being out of date or inaccurate will be deleted.

We take reasonable technical, physical and administrative measures to ensure any personal data provided to us is secure to prevent any unauthorised access, theft and loss.

In the event of a personal data breach, ATS will take all steps necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade User Personal Information with third parties for their commercial purposes.
